Blogging after the course& how do I feel about the comments made to my blog
Hi everyone here we are at week eight. I can not believe this quarter is almost over. We all have come so far in our writing. I have truly enjoyed writing my blog and receiving comments even though I have not received a numerous amount of comments. The comments that I have received have been truly amazing. The support that I have received from this class on my blogging has been incredible. I will definitely continue to blog after the course is over. It really helps me get my anxiety and frustration out for the week. I love doing the blog and will continue to do so after the class.

Peer Reviews
Hi everyone,
Another great week of writing.I am so thrilled about learning to write better. I have no always had the best peer reviews. A school teacher did not like me because I told on him for deducting points from my papers and tests and I could prove that he was doing this in front of the class It was in high school and it was for Sociology. He did everything in his power to embarrass me in front of the class until one day the principal came in and heard him deduct points from my grade and I asked why what did do? He said you showed up for class. The principle stood up and told the teacher he needed to see him outside right then. The principle came back in and took over the class for the rest of that day and the teacher was suspended. My experiences for m my peers has been nothing but extremely positive and have gotten better grades on papers because I have listened to my peers. I really hope I get some crucial feedback to make my paper just that much better. I also love to give my opinion but it does make me feel guilty but now I realize I am not commenting on the person I am just commenting on the paper.I have learned so many writing techniques from this class and Dr. Manning is the best. She not only cares about us as students. She really gave me one of those aha moments today about my writing. I found out if I write for 20 minutes and take a break I get more accomplished. Since I have been so sick I was unable to get my Unit 6 project in by last night but I am proud to say after that aha moment this afternoon I was able to get it finished and placed it in the drop box. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that I have some good advice from all of some of my classmates and Dr.M. thank goodness I finshed that paper.

Personal challenges I have faced over the last 6 weeks
Hi everyone,
Here we are at week six. I chose to talk about the personal challenges I have faced over the last six weeks. I can only say that it has been extremely difficult between all of my daughter's issues and all of her appointments and all of my health issues and my appointments and trying to keep my grades up not an easy task. I have been dealing with pneumonia for the last three weeks and then the doctor told me that I also had Pleurisy. I have been in extreme pain and constantly coughing. I went to the doctor on Monday because I could not catch my breath he gave me a breathing treatment and it helped a little the doctor told me I had to get a blood test and a chest x-ray which I did. the chest x-ray came out clear but the lab work did not. He had me have a complete blood work up . My white blood cell count was up and the blood test that shows if you are at risk for a blood clot came back positive for a blood clot. When I went back to the doctor on Wednesday the doctor told me that I had to go to the emergency room and get an emergency CT Scan it came out that I did not have an blood clots in my lungs but it did show a mass on my adrenal gland pretty scary. When the nurses started my IV for the contrast of the CT Scan she used an 18 gauge needle really thick and hurt really bad. When the nurse took the IV she told me to hold my arm up really tightly and I did. all of a sudden I felt my arm slipping and it was wet covered in blood. I was bleeding out really fast luckily the nurse got heir quickly and was able to get the bleeding stopped. I feel like I got hit by a freight train and before I left the hospital the doctor told me I had to go see my doctor within 1-2 days so I went to the my doctor on Friday and waited for 2 1/2 hours and finally saw the doctor. He looked at me and asked if I was feeling better I said a little and he responded a little what is wrong I replied you tell me. He proceeded to tell me what they found was an incidental finding and any mass under 4cm was to be called a cyst. It turns out that I have a 2cm cyst on my adrenal gland what a relief. Here I was thinking I had Cancer because you hear mass and you automatically think negatively at least I do. So all I can say is Thank God for small miracles.

How is school infuencing me and academic challenges
Hi everyone another week of blogging. I love this This week I am going to tackle two of the topics. The first one is If there is one thing about your academic challenges what would it be? I think my biggest academic challenge is my health. School is going great but my health is not that would be my biggest challenge. I am diabetic and every virus or cold that comes by me I get it. This time I got pneumonia and it seems to be getting worse. I technically should be in the hospital but I can't be in the hospital because of school and my child. As far as school the last time I got hospitalized I was two weeks from being at the end of the quarter and I got stuck in the hospital for 42 days with an abscess in my neck and given a 10% chance of making it and was unable to log in to the computer after . 21 days I got dropped all because I do not have a laptop. I would totally go to the hospital this time if I had a laptop that way I would be able to continue with my work. My Second question is How is school influencing your life at or up to this point? School has had an extremely positive influence on me. I make sure all of my work is done on time and correct. I guess you could say it has made me a perfectionist. I not only want my school work to be perfect I want everything I do to be perfect and I am extremely hard on myself if it is not done. I just want to set a good example for my daughter. I want to show her what hard work will do for you when it comes to life and education.
